A true Kaizinger Bock harkens back to the time centuries ago that predates the writing down of recipes, where brewing parameters and processes were viewed as mere guidelines, and a measure of spontaneous creativity would more often than not result in a happy discovery. Maybe that’s why they put “zinger” in the name.
