Yeast modified using CRISPR technology, mash hopping, Phantasm Powder, and a slew of the newest hop products on the market have all been applied with enthusiasm and hopefully little hubris. We’ve re-animated IPA with a unique palate that unintelligibly wails for passionfruit, gooseberries, sauvignon blanc and love. Trade those pitchforks for pitchers and enjoy!
